About the Classes
We are excited to collaborate with KJ of Sip Somm to bring you a series of classes to help you delve deeper into the world of sake. You can take a single class of your choice or sign up for all four classes which gets you a 10% discount. There will be a lecture with slides taught by sake educator extraordinaire KJ Rizzo along with 4 different sakes.

About KJ
KJ is a wine & sake sommelier in the Bay Area. In addition to wine, her specialty is Japanese sake and she provides virtual & in-person educational events for clients in Northern California and beyond. In her spare time, KJ is a busy Masters of Wine student and judges for competitions such as the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London, England. At the beginning of 2021, she created a Youtube channel called Sip Somm which focuses on guided wine and sake tastings. Sip Somm has now evolved into a full fledged sommelier event service business. Millay is a neighborhood sake, wine, tea bottle shop and bar. We sell what we like to drink, and we like to drink wines farmed organically, made by good people who use minimal intervention and 100% intention. Over the years, we’ve fallen in love with sake, tea, and the vessels that deliver these delicious liquids into our thirsty mouths. Glassware and other merchandise are available at our online shop. Bottles are available to go as in-store purchases only. We'd love to invite you on the journey of learning and drinking more as we expand our program. Currently, we offer over 50 sakes by the glass, off-the-beaten-path wines, and a delicious selection of tea.
